ABOUT THIS DEVELOPMENT

Having acquired this stunning, Victorian, former public house, in a near-derelict condition, prior to it going to auction, Kirkham Properties worked closely with the Islington Planning department and the Canonbury Conservation Society to design a project that sympathetically restored the exterior façade to it’s original beauty and successfully converted the property into six, high-spec, luxury apartments. The building now sits as a prominent landmark within the Canonbury conservation area and has brought a welcome architectural improvement to the location.
