Having purchased this large Victorian gothic hotel, fronting Finsbury Park, N4, we worked closely with Hackney council over a period of months, to achieve a wonderful scheme, that maximises and regenerates this tired, but important example of prolific, historical, local architecture. The plans included the renovation and conversion of the existing 4 storey building, into 4 luxury residential apartments and the erection of a modern new-build block to the ear of the site, providing 4 further dwellings, all of which, coming with their own demised outside space.
