ABOUT THIS DEVELOPMENT

Kirkham Properties purchased this large North London townhouse, in an extremely run-down condition, having been vacant for many years and suffering from subsidence. Initially the property was extended out to the rear, up into the loft and down into the basement, under permitted development, with the intention of creating a single family-dwelling. But following expert consultation and advice from local agents, with whom Kirkham Properties have long-standing relationships, it was decided to submit a planning application to convert the newly extended property into 3 luxury apartments. This proved to be invaluable guidance, as shortly after, permission was granted for the conversion and all three of the subsequent apartments were sold, off-plan, to individual buyers, prior to completion of the construction works.
