Kirkham Properties brings over 20 years of experience in luxury property development across North London
Originally founded by Paul Henderson and joined by his son, Scott Henderson in 2004. As testament to our skill, the company has gone from strength to strength as a father and son partnership and we continue to improve both the scale and efficiency of our developments and the quality of our properties.
We have consistently improved our finish, techniques and design, over a wide range of renovation, refurbishment and conversion projects to ensure the company continues to push the boundaries of property development in North London.
FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Scott joined the company in the early 2000s, after a year’s work experience with a local construction company. Kirkham Properties began with some modest development projects. The ‘MO’ of the company was to purchase large townhouses across North London, acquire the necessary permissions and convert them into luxury residential apartments, to then be sold as leasehold properties. Over the years the company has scaled the business to include the purchase of a large former public house and most recently, the Redland Hotel, both of which were extremely successfully converted into luxury residential apartments, breaking boundaries for sale values within the respective postcodes

With over 20 years of experience in luxury property development, our founder, Scott Henderson, has perfected the art of delivering a level of finish and sophistication unparalleled by our competition. Kirkham Properties utilises this wealth of experience, by providing market leading levels of finish and specification. Coupled with Scott’s in-house bespoke Kitchen design company (Kirkham Kitchens), we are able to include a level of luxury, bespoke cabinetry within our properties, including kitchens, bedroom and bathroom furniture, to achieve a level of quality that would otherwise not be possible in developments of this scale
